On July 14th, 2022 DVAG members met at The Print Center in Philadelphia, for a special tour, led by Ksenia Nouril, of A Brand New End: Survival and Its Pictures exhibit. The exhibit by Carmen Winant explores historical and contemporary representations of oppression, liberation and self-expression through materials drawn from and inspired by the archives of Women In Transition (WIT) and the National Coalition Against Domestic Violence (NCADV). The use of archival material ranged from photographs, negatives, and newspaper clippings.
Afterwards, DVAG members walked over to The Black Sheep pub for happy hour.
