Upcoming meeting: March 31 @ Penn Museum

Thursday, March 31st for our first DVAG meeting of 2016!

Where: Penn Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology​​

When: 3:00-5:00 pm (approximate)

Our meeting topic is the care and management of audiovisual materials, with a fantastic panel of speakers exploring a wide range of issues, from the history of AV formats to the processing of analog and born-digital materials.

Laurie Sather, Audiovisual Archivist, Hagley Museum and Library

Following the panel, attendees are invited join the Penn Museum archives-team for a special behind-the-scenes peek at some of the treasures of their collection. Many thanks to Kate Pourshariati, Alex Pezzati, Eric Schnittke, Jody Rogers, and the entire team for hosting. (And yes, refreshments will be served!)

The Penn Museum is located at 3260 South Street, at the intersection of 33rd and Spruce Streets. Visitors should use the Kress entrance, which is located on
